1. About us This website is operated by LEBEL CONCEPT, trading as LEBEL CONCEPT, Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to LEBĖL. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen displays colours exactly. Our collections are made in limited runs and are not restocked once sold out. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with a full refund where an order is cancelled by us).

3. Pricing & payment All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we don't store your card details.

4. Your consumer rights Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Please see our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property All content on this site — including the LEBĖL name, logo, designs, images, and text — is our property and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
