Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide and worldwide from Sydney, Australia.
Cost
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 are charged a flat [$10] shipping fee. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- Within Australia: [3–7] business days after dispatch
- International: [7–21] business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Delays can occur during sale periods or with customs.
Customs & duties (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged on arrival by your country's customs. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping.
