Everything here comes from personal experience and research , not from a degree, a course, or an industry position.
I am a founder who is learning in public. Some of what I share will be things I figured out after making the mistake. Some of it will be research I did at 11pm before a sourcing trip. Some of it will be observations from conversations with suppliers, manufacturers, and people who have been doing this far longer than me.
I do not claim that everything here is perfect or universally correct. I do not represent any supplier, manufacturer, industry body, or organisation. Please use this as a starting point, question it, verify what matters to you, and build your own understanding from there.
If I get something wrong and you know better, please reach out. That is how we both grow.
